Firstly check out that your computer has the minimum specification needed to run the Sims
game and any expansions that you may own.
Check the specs out here.
If you don't know what your system
specification is go to Control Panel click on System and under the general tab
it should tell you your processor speed, hard disk and memory size. Then to find out your
CD-ROM drive speed and video card type if you have one click on the hardware tab, click
on the button labled device manager and using the right mouse click function to check out
each of the hardware devices that you want to know the specifications.
